crazy:)

Wow my week is so busy.mainly because of school and stuff.oh you may not know this but the first week of high chool I decided to do cross country. Well I messed my knee up doing a lunge wrong....yeah you can do it.but anyways I went to the doc and he said I had patella femoral pain sydrome.so I had to stay off of my knee for like 3 weeks.well I just started to run again and yesterday I had a race I ran 3.1 miles in 30:18 my last time was 37:58 man I was sooooo happy!after that we went to destin to two different scarpbooking stores.now its sunday man it went by fast hopefully I will have some scrap goodies for ya later on!
